Tracking voucher redemption alongside Guest App engagement, comparing till transaction volume across sites and time periods, watching liability trends in real time rather than at month-end. Each of these used to mean pulling data from different Pej products into a spreadsheet.

Pej Data & Insights is now live.

A new data layer that brings every Pej product into a single view. Slice the data by site, by date range, by product, by anything in the underlying data. Charts, KPIs, drill-downs, and comparisons in one place.

Build dashboards from scratch in the web admin, or start with a pre-built template grounded in what our customers across hotel chains, contract catering, stadiums, and theme parks already measure. Each template covers the metrics that matter for that vertical, and any template can be forked and customised.

Available across the Pej ecosystem from June.

The Guest App now adapts its look and feel to whichever client the user belongs to. Themes attach at the client level.

Contract caterers running one Guest App across multiple corporate clients. Hotel groups running one app across different sub-brands. Operators with sites that need to feel local while sharing a single codebase. The pattern is the same: one app, many brands.

Theming 2.0 is now live in the Pej Guest App Platform.

Full theme configurations can now be attached at the client level, meaning the app changes its colours, logo, typography, and imagery depending on which client the user belongs to and which sites they have access to. The app surface stays consistent. The brand layer adapts.

Configured in the admin, applied automatically the moment a user logs in. No separate apps to maintain, no separate releases to ship per client, no rebuild required when a new brand joins the platform.

A campaign for a new menu launch, gift cards for a client’s staff, a voucher when a guest’s visit doesn’t go to plan. Three different use cases, all on the same module.

Pej Voucher & Gift Cards is now live on Oracle Simphony Micros.

Programmes are built in the web admin. Vouchers are issued from the web or directly from the till. Each voucher is a unique code, in QR or barcode form, single-use or multi-use, with values, scopes, and expiry rules configured at the point of creation.

Everything runs through the Pej extension on the Simphony Extensibility Platform, so there’s no new hardware, no developer dependency, and no rip-and-replace. Audit logs, real-time liability tracking, and exportable reports are built in.
