We are excited to announce that Popeyes, the world-renowned fried chicken chain, has decided to use solutions provided by Pej. With its roots in Miami, and over 3 400 locations worldwide, the concept is now being exported to Eastern Europe, as part of a rapid expansion phase. At this point, Pej delivers Order Ready Boards (ORBs, read more here) to their Rumanian franchises.

In October 2021, Popeyes signed an agreement with Sterling Cruise to open 90 restaurants in Romania over the next 10 years, the first one opened in April 2022. During this process, they searched for a reliable partner to deliver ORBs integrated into their Oracle KDS. Our solution suited their vision perfectly. With a quick turnaround, Pej were able to design, develop and deliver a solution, fully customized to Popeyes’s needs.

Flexibility at its core

The flexible and easy to set up product has shown its strengths during the launch process. As soon as the POS setup and integration are completed, it’s just a matter of minutes until the ORB is ready for launch.
